Faith-centred marriage coaching for Muslim couples

Build the kind of marriage you cannot wait to come home to.

You still love each other. But somewhere between work, children, responsibilities and the same unresolved conversations, your marriage started running on logistics. Ammar and Hannah help Muslim couples restore friendship, repair and emotional safety—with Allah at the centre.

“Your spouse is not the enemy. The pattern is.”

The Marriage Rebuild Journey

This is not the end of your story

You have not fallen out of love. Life has simply become louder than your marriage.

The distance usually does not begin with one dramatic moment. It grows quietly, through small missed bids, tired conversations and needs neither of you quite knows how to express.

01

You feel more like co-parents than a couple.

Your days revolve around children, chores, work and logistics. The marriage receives whatever energy is left.

02

You keep having different versions of the same argument.

The topic changes, but the pattern stays: criticism, defensiveness, withdrawal, resentment and distance.

03

You miss the softness that used to live between you.

You want warmth, affection, friendship and emotional safety again—not a marriage that merely functions.

What becomes possible

A marriage that feels like home again.

Not perfect. Not conflict-free. But safe enough to be honest, strong enough to repair, and intentional enough to keep choosing one another.

Feel like allies again

Learn to recognise the pattern as the problem, instead of treating your spouse as the enemy.

Speak so you can both hear each other

Replace attacks, shutdowns and assumptions with calmer conversations, validation and clear requests.

Bring Allah back to the centre

Let faith become a lived foundation for mercy, responsibility, repair and the atmosphere of your home.

Build rhythms that last beyond one good week

Create practical rituals for connection, appreciation, repair and shared meaning in ordinary family life.

The way we work

We do not rush you into the same room and ask you to solve everything at once.

Lasting change begins when each person feels seen, understands their own patterns and learns how to show up differently. Then we bring you together with more awareness, safety and skill.

1

Heal individually

The wife works with Hannah and the husband works with Ammar, creating space to understand triggers, needs, family patterns and personal responsibility.

2

Understand the relationship pattern

You learn what is happening beneath the recurring conflict, so the cycle becomes something you can face together.

3

Reconnect together

Joint sessions help you practise safer communication, repair, appreciation and emotional intimacy with support.

4

Build your new normal

You leave with practical tools and rituals that strengthen friendship, trust, affection and the spiritual culture of your home.

Two clear ways to begin

Take a gentle step back towards each other—or receive deeper support for your marriage.

Begin with a simple seven-day experience that helps you reconnect in ordinary life, or explore our personalised Marriage Rebuild Journey when the two of you need deeper support.

Frequently asked questions

A clear next step, without pressure.

These are the questions couples often have before beginning.

Is this marriage counselling or therapy?

No. Our work is coaching, not psychotherapy, diagnosis or crisis support. We focus on awareness, skills, patterns, personal responsibility and practical change. Where therapy or specialist support is more appropriate, we will say so honestly.

Do you only work with married Muslim couples?

Our couples coaching is for spouses who have completed their nikah. We do not provide dating or matchmaking services.

Why do you begin with individual sessions?

Individual space allows each spouse to feel heard, recognise their own patterns and prepare for more constructive joint work. The aim is not to create sides; it is to help both people return to the marriage with more clarity and responsibility.

Can I begin Back to Us if my spouse is not ready?

Back to Us is created to be experienced together, and one registration covers both spouses. Choose the husband or wife page to register, then invite your spouse into the shared seven-day experience.

Can we work with you from outside Australia?

Yes. Coaching is delivered online, and we work with Muslim couples across different countries and time zones.

What happens after we apply?

You will be guided through the next steps so we can understand what you are experiencing and whether the Marriage Rebuild Journey is the right level of support for you.

Your marriage deserves intention

You do not need to wait until the distance feels impossible to cross.

Begin with a gentle seven-day experience together, or explore deeper coaching support for the two of you.
