The Marriage Rebuild Journey

You still care about this marriage. You’re just tired of reaching for each other and missing.

An 8-week guided intensive for Muslim couples. Each of you is supported individually first—Hannah with the wife and Ammar with the husband—before we bring you back together to rebuild with shared tools, repair, emotional safety and Allah at the centre.

Led by Ammar & Hannah, Muslim Love Coaches—a husband-and-wife team trained in emotional intimacy coaching and Gottman Level 1. A premium, application-only journey for Muslim couples serious about rebuilding their marriage.

Ammar and Hannah from Muslim Love Coaches

If this feels familiar

You are probably tired of…

Having the same argument in a different outfit—new topic, same wound, same ending.

Living like polite roommates who share a home, a family and a to-do list—but not a heart.

Wanting closeness—genuinely wanting it—yet every attempt to reach for each other lands wrong.

One of you feeling unheard, the other feeling criticised—and both of you feeling alone in the same house.

Trying the fresh start, the promises and the good week—only to fall back into the same pattern again.

Feeling stuck does not mean your marriage is broken. It usually means your marriage is caught in a cycle neither of you designed, neither of you wants and neither of you knows how to step out of alone.

A gentler truth

Your spouse is not the enemy. The pattern is.

Most couples do not have a love problem. They have a cycle problem—a loop of protection and pursuit that begins the moment things become tense, no matter how much they both care.

He withdraws because he feels he can never get it right.

She pushes because she feels she can never get through.

Before we give you a single tool, we help each of you understand what is really happening underneath.

Introducing

The Marriage Rebuild Journey™

An 8-week guided intensive for Muslim couples

“Heal individually. Rebuild together.”

This is not a course you watch alone at midnight. It is not generic couples coaching where the same painful argument plays out in front of a stranger.

It is a guided and highly personalised journey where each of you is supported individually—the wife by Hannah and the husband by Ammar—before you rebuild your marriage together with practical tools, repair, rahmah and an Allah-centred foundation.

This is a unique integration of Islamic values, Gottman-informed relationship tools and husband-and-wife coaching, led personally by Ammar & Hannah.

Because your nikah is an amanah. And an amanah deserves more than guesswork.

Our approach

Why we do not start with you in the same room

Most couples are asked to sit together and fix the marriage before either person feels emotionally safe enough to listen. We do it differently: each of you is heard, understood and strengthened first.

Ammar and Hannah, founders of Muslim Love Coaches

Your guides

Guided by Ammar & Hannah

We are a husband-and-wife Muslim coaching team helping couples rebuild their marriage through emotional maturity, practical relationship skills and an Allah-centred foundation.

Ammar supports the husband

With calm, grounded and honourable guidance, Ammar helps him understand what is happening beneath the conflict and become the husband and leader he wants to be at home—without shame, blame or feeling outnumbered.

Hannah supports the wife

With warmth, depth and emotional insight, Hannah gives her a private space to feel heard while gently helping her understand her needs, triggers and part in the pattern.

Together, we help both spouses feel understood—not blamed—before bringing them back together to rebuild with greater safety, compassion, maturity and rahmah.

Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work Leader

When each of you feels safe and understood first, defensiveness drops. You return to the same room not as opponents, but as two people ready to rebuild.

The path

How the journey works

1

You reach out

You complete a short application. No pressure and no commitment—just an honest first step.

2

We check the fit

We speak honestly about where your marriage is. If this is not the right support for you, we will tell you sincerely.

3

Individual coaching begins

Hannah begins privately with the wife and Ammar with the husband. Each of you is heard before anything is “fixed.”

4

We go beneath the surface

We explore needs, triggers, hurts, family patterns and personal responsibility—the things beneath the arguments.

5

We rebuild together

You return together to practise repair, communication, friendship and emotional safety as a team.

6

You leave with a roadmap

You leave with a practical and personal roadmap for an Allah-centred, emotionally safe marriage.

Week by week

Your eight weeks, gently structured

Week 1

Understand Me

Each of you shares your story, hurts and hopes privately and without interruption.

Week 2

Heal Me

Explore your triggers, reactions and where they come from—with compassion rather than blame.

Week 3

See the Pattern

Understand the cycle your marriage is caught in and your own part in keeping it alive.

Week 4

Build Emotional Safety

Work on boundaries, appreciation, expectations and preparing your heart to reconnect.

Week 5

Communicate Without Wounding

Practise soft start-ups, listening without defending and validating each other’s inner world.

Week 6

Rebuild warmth, friendship, rituals of connection and rahmah as a daily practice.

Week 7

Honest fit

Who this journey is for—and who it is not for

This is for you if…

  • You still care about each other but feel stuck in the same painful loop.
  • You want support that is both Islamic and emotionally mature.
  • You are tired of surface-level advice that never touches the real pattern.
  • You are each willing to reflect honestly on your own part.
  • You want to rebuild friendship, safety, repair and genuine connection.

This is not the right fit if…

  • You want one spouse to be declared “the problem.”
  • You are not willing to take personal responsibility for your part in the pattern.
  • There is active abuse or immediate danger. Safety must come first and coaching is not the right support.
  • You want a quick fix without doing the work between sessions.

We say this with care, not judgement—because honesty about fit is part of honouring your marriage.

Why it works

What makes this different

A husband-and-wife coaching team

She is supported by a woman who understands her lived experience. He is supported by a man who understands his.

An Islamic foundation—genuinely

Rahmah as a practice, not a poster. Your deen is woven through the journey sincerely.

Trained, not simply well-meaning

Emotional intimacy coaching training and Gottman Level 1 sit underneath the work we do.

Individual healing before rebuilding

We create emotional safety before teaching communication skills.

Practical tools, not theory

Everything is built for your real conversations, your home and your daily married life.

Deep respect for both spouses

No villain and no lecture. Both husband and wife are heard, honoured and gently called higher.

From the feed to the real work

If you found us on Instagram…

Maybe it was a reel, a role-play or a post that finally gave words to what you have been feeling for years.

Maybe you sent it to your spouse without a caption, hoping they would understand what you could not say out loud.

A reel can open your eyes. It cannot sit with your story. That is what this journey is for.

The Muslim Love Coaches Promise

Your marriage will never be treated like a sales number.

We know applying for support can feel vulnerable. You may be sharing things you have carried quietly for years. That trust matters to us, which is why our commitment begins before you ever become a client.

01

We will be honest about whether we are the right fit

We do not accept every couple simply because they apply. Ammar & Hannah personally consider your circumstances, your readiness and whether our coaching is appropriate. If we do not believe this is the right support for your marriage, we will tell you clearly and respectfully rather than pressure you to join.

02

You will receive personal care—not a generic programme

Your application, coaching sessions and next steps are personally guided by Ammar & Hannah. Your marriage is not handed to a sales team or pushed through a one-size-fits-all system. We listen carefully, look beneath the surface and shape the support around what is genuinely happening in your home.

Faith-centred Allah, amanah and Islamic values remain at the heart of the work.
Research-informed Practical relationship tools grounded in recognised frameworks.
Husband-and-wife support Each spouse is supported with dignity before rebuilding together.
We promise to show up with sincerity, thoughtful guidance and deep respect for your marriage as we help you build lasting change together.

Questions, answered honestly

You might be wondering…

Do we both need to join?

The complete journey is designed for both spouses. Each of you receives individual support first, then you rebuild together. If your spouse is hesitant, you can still apply and explain your situation.

Can I apply if my spouse is unsure?

Yes. Many journeys begin with one spouse reaching out first. We can help you explore whether there is a respectful and suitable way forward.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and we are coaches, not therapists. If we believe therapy or specialist support would serve you better, we will tell you honestly.

What if we have tried courses before?

A course provides information, but it cannot listen to your story, adjust to your pattern or support you when the old cycle returns. This journey is guided and built around your actual marriage.

What if our marriage feels too far gone?

We cannot promise to save every marriage. But “too far gone” can sometimes mean you are too tired to continue trying the same things. The application process allows us to assess your situation honestly.

Will my husband feel attacked?

No. Ammar supports him man to man, with dignity and respect. He will not be lectured, blamed or outnumbered.

Will my wife feel blamed?

No. Hannah creates space for her to be heard fully and then supported to grow with dignity, wisdom and mercy.

Is this Islamic?

Sincerely, not decoratively. We believe your nikah is an amanah and that rahmah between spouses is a sign of Allah. The journey combines this foundation with evidence-informed relationship tools.

What happens after we apply?

We personally review your application. If we believe we may be able to help, we invite you to an honest Marriage Clarity Conversation to discuss your situation and determine fit.
